We have been taking Reformer Pilates classes with instructor, Jodi, at Cutting Edge Fitness since Lindsey got engaged last year. We were looking for a full body workout that would help us look long and lean, which is what this great class offers.

Reformer Pilates is a refreshing mind-body workout which gets your mind in tune with your body. You will become acutely aware of how your body feels, where it is in space, and how to control its movement. We like Reformer Pilates because you can build strength without “bulking up”, gain long, lean muscles, and flexibility. Conventional workouts tend to build short, bulky muscles – the type most prone to injury.
