LLScene Winter Style Look Book
We’re back with a breakdown of our favorite winter trends of 2016, so prepare yourselves (and your wallets). Don’t worry, you won’t find that “turtleneck under the dress” trend in this post, because there’s nothing we despise more this season. So, please consider that an LLScene DON’T, while you read about allllll our LLScene DOs below!
Bodysuits are the New Shirts
Keep up with the Kardashians or your favorite #SceneGirls, because we have been doing this for years. We love this trend because you don’t have to have that frumpy crinkling look if you want to tuck in your shirt. Another reason we love this trend is because of the way bodysuits hug your curves in the most sexiest way!
Bubble Gum Pink
We covered the unexpected “pink trend” in our Fall Fashion Look Book and we’re happy to report that it’s transitioning into the winter months as well. Live la vie en rose this season as a wave of femininity breaks over fashion.
Blue Velvet if you Please...
More like blue velvet. This is another look we featured in our Fall Fashion Look Book, but this time we’re getting specific with coloring. This look is perfect for formal holiday events in your social calendar, or if you’re looking for a regal reason to dress up!
More Pleats Please!
Pleats, pleats and more pleats! We love this fabric because of the way it floats and dances with the movement of your body. Embrace the elegant simplicity of it all by buying this trend in natural, rose tones.
The Military Jacket
For the small amount of time in South Florida where you find a chill in the air, you’re going to want to have a military jacket on hand. We’re all about earth tones at LLScene, so this is a given for us! Another way you can spice up a casual outfit or make a statement on the Ave! We love everything about military jackets.
Keep your feet high and dry because this 90s trend is back. We’re seeing these shoes paired with sequin dresses, leggings, oversized shirts, and “school girl skirts”.
Another look you’re probably going to have to rock if you plan on traveling up north. We’re not sure if this trend will be well received in South Florida, but we still love it. Bundle up with the trooper hat this season because it’s one head accessory that won’t compromise your perfect winter blowout.
