HAVE A BALL: 5 Outfits for 5 NYE Occasions

New Years Eve always brings a sense of nostalgia to most. For some it’s a clean slate and start of a new chapter that a new year can bring. For others, it’s an overrated night out that seems to always end in disappointment. No matter how you plan on celebrating the new year, we are here with five outfit options for five different NYE occasions you may find yourself in this year.

HAVE A BALL: 5 Outfits for 5 NYE Occasions

The Fancy Dinner

South Florida restaurants have been planning their New Years Eve pre fixe menus for months now, and Bocamag.com covered that topic last week in their Palm Beach County Restaurants Celebrating New Year’s Eve and Day post, and we’re here to give you outfit options for these types of dinners and outings in South Florida that will keep you stylish and comfortable if you plan on eating a lot!

The Black Tie Affair

If you’re lucky enough to have an aspiring social schedule this season, you probably have fabulous plans this New Years Eve. These outfit options are for the plans that include glitz, glamour, hotel stays, Dom Perignon toasts at midnight and mingling with South Florida elite.

The Club Night

You know you’re getting old when the thought of going to a club on NYE terrifies you. You won’t see us venturing to any nightclubs to ring in the new year, but we know a lot of you out there are planning on it. Just because we aren’t going to a club for NYE, doesn’t mean we don’t know how to dress for a club-life night out. This outfit option is as fancy as it’s going to get today - there’s no such thing as being over-the-top here. Keep it sexy, but keep it classy.

The House Party

A house party is more our pace this NYE. The beauty about attending a house party is that you can decide go all out with your New Years style, or not at all - depending on how the host/hostess has communicated his/her desired attire for the night. You don’t want to come over-dressed or under-dressed, so here’s an outfit that will give you a little something in between.

The Game Night Dinner Party

This is something we can really get on board with. After all is said and done during the holiday season, we are EXHAUSTED. Sometimes the thought of planning another crazy night out for New Years Eve, sounds like a nightmare. We’ve been playing around with the idea of hosting an NYE dinner party/game night, simply because we can’t imagine having to dress up and go all out at that point. Not to mention that if you have a college sports fan in your life, you’ll probably be stuck watching college football playoff games all night. That being said, we still have to look cute and fashionable in our casual-best, so here are some options for you NYE game nighters. Keep it fun!
