Wow, what an amazing week we had covering Delray Beach Downtown Development Authority's Delray’s Fabulous Fashion Week. Delray Beach is continuing to flourish right before our very eyes, and we’re loving every second of it. From their award winning restaurants to the adorable boutiques popping up on the Ave, we couldn’t be happier about the ongoing buzz being created around Delray Beach. It’s not just ‘up and coming’ anymore, it has come, conquered, and is here to stay. Delray’s Fabulous Fashion Week gave local and international designers and stores the opportunity to spotlight and create awareness down the middle of Atlantic Avenue in front of thousands of customers and fans. A lot of you have been asking about the specific looks, boutiques, and designers we posted about. Without further adieu...here is our recap on Delray’s Fabulous Fashion Week!
Not only were we able to cover these wonderful events, but your #SceneGirls were decked out in looks from LoveRich Boutique, our all time favorite boutique on the Ave. We had so much fun getting to know the amazingly talented owner & designer, Jelena Lovric. She had the ability know exactly the type of look that would appeal to our taste and body type, without knowing anything about us. LoveRich provides contemporary womens fashion and accessories that are right off the runway. We love Jelena because she has the gift of foreseeing trends before they’re even featured during Fashion Week. She brings a cutting edge look to Atlantic Ave and has everything our hearts desire. During our first session with her, she couldn't get us out of the store, we wanted to try on everything! Here are the looks we finally decided on...
Throughout the week we were able to connect with one of our favorite #SceneMom bloggers, Heather, from Local Mom Scoop. She is one of the few 'real deal' mom bloggers out there, and proof that you can really have it all, a successful blog, beauty, brains, fashion sense, and a gorgeous family at home. Whether your your a #SceneMom or a #SceneGirl, check her out! She gives the best of both worlds wih her background in Personal Shopping to her extertise on where to go and what to do with your kids and family! She is our #SceneMom inspiration. Like her on Facebook, Tweet her, or follow her in Instagram at @localmomscoop.
We kicked off the week at Delray SWIM, which took place in Worthing Park, right outside SALT 7 & Park Tavern. Local hotties walked the runway in swimwear by fashion retailers downtown.
Our SWIM Favs...
They took us from the beach bar to the resortwear Tuesday night during the Bold & Print show. All of this amazing fashion made us want to plan a swanky resort vacation. They had looks that would satisfy your ‘Nantucket’ side, while staying true to the ‘just of the beach babe’ you are.

Despite being absolutely freezing, the finale was nothing short of fabulous Saturday night outside of the Colony Hotel. The Gypsy to Jetsetters show, hosted by Tim Byrd and Roxy Lulu, Jules Guaglardi; featured original designs by 10 of Delray’s local designers, followed by evening wear from over 40 fashion boutiques and shops throughout Downtown Delray Beach. There were many innovative looks that spoke true to our sense of fashion. We couldn't get enough, but were happy to get home and into warm beds after being outside all that time!
